How to return
- 1Start a return from your order in your account, or email us with your order number.
- 2Print the prepaid label we send and drop the parcel at any carrier point.
- 3Your refund goes back to the original payment within 5 working days of the parcel arriving.
Opened products
We take back opened and used products too. We can't resell them, so they are recycled with our empties-back stream.
Subscriptions
A subscription delivery can be returned like any order. Skip or cancel the next one from your account at any time.
